If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:
Products must be unused, damaged, and in the same condition as you received it.
All packaging you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, nails, bolts and accessories must also be returned.
Abc alex reserves the right to refuse all refund requests that are made outside the specified time frame, of 14 days from purchase.
